The manifesto
We are four million.
Four million Cameroonians who live, study, heal, build and undertake on five continents. Every year we send billions to Cameroon — but each on our own, without seeing what our efforts could achieve together.
Today, we change scale. A one-million-euro fund, transparent to the cent, to finance projects that durably transform our country — health, education, entrepreneurship, local development.
Every euro will be visible. Every expense will be published. Every project will be tracked. Because trust is not decreed: it is demonstrated.
History will remember those who started.

Where every euro goes
All income appears in real time. All expenses are published within 7 days, with supporting documents. Accounts are reviewed by the Audit Committee, an internal body established by the bylaws; the bylaws also provide for an independent external reviewer where applicable, subject to the thresholds set by the internal rules. To date, no external audit has been carried out and no annual report has been published.

Our commitment: at least 70 cents of every euro goes directly to projects. Overheads are capped — and every expense line can be checked, invoice included. This commitment appears in no published statutory document and will only be verifiable once expenses have been recorded.

Everything you are entitled to know
Where exactly does my money go?
At least 70% funds projects directly; the rest covers the platform (10%), mobilisation (10%), governance and audit (7%) and a reserve (3%). Every expense is published with its supporting document, no later than 7 days after execution.
Who controls the use of funds?
The Audit Committee, established by the bylaws and independent of the Board in its oversight mission: it ensures the reliability of financial information, verifies compliance with legal and statutory obligations, and presents an annual report to the General Assembly ahead of the approval of the accounts. The bylaws also provide for an independent external reviewer where applicable. And you, through the public expenses dashboard. No external audit has been carried out to date.
Can I donate anonymously?
Yes. Your donation appears as "Anonymous donor" with the amount and country. Your identity is known only to our team, for accounting and your receipt. You can change your mind at any time.
Can I cancel my monthly donation?
Yes, at any time, in one click, from your donor space or from any email. No justification, no delay.
What happens if the million is not reached?
All funds collected are used in accordance with the charter: projects are funded as milestones are reached — the first at €100,000. No funds are conditional on reaching the million.
