Organization

Governance

A collegial, transparent governance model accountable to network members, public institutions, and technical and financial partners.

Board of Directors

The Board of Directors defines the organization's strategic direction, approves the annual budget and oversees the implementation of the strategic plan. It comprises three to nine members, elected by the General Assembly for a three-year term renewable once; its composition aims for a balanced representation of the diaspora's main areas of residence.

Membership of the body

The named composition of the Board of Directors, resulting from the statutory elections, will be published on this page with the identity of the Chair, Vice-Chair, General Secretary and Treasurer, in accordance with our articles of association and our legal notice.

Strategic Committee

The bylaws allow the Board of Directors to set up a Strategic Committee, an advisory body composed of sector experts tasked with informing its decisions on major thematic directions — public policy, health, digital technology and innovation. It has not been set up yet.

Membership of the body

The named composition of this committee will be published on this page as soon as it is appointed by the Board of Directors, under the conditions set by the internal rules and the governance code.

Audit Committee

Established by the bylaws and independent of the Board of Directors in carrying out its oversight duties, the Audit Committee is tasked with ensuring the reliability of financial reporting, verifying compliance with legal and regulatory obligations, and assessing the effectiveness of internal control and risk management systems.

Membership of the body

The named composition of this committee will be published on this page as soon as it is appointed by the Board of Directors, under the conditions set by the internal rules and the governance code.

Transparency and Accountability

In keeping with our commitments to network members and our technical and financial partners, we undertake to share all of our activity and financial reports with them.

Annual activity reports and financial reports will be published in this section at the end of each financial year, after validation by the governance bodies.
