Board of Directors

The Board of Directors defines the organization's strategic direction, approves the annual budget and oversees the implementation of the strategic plan. It comprises six members elected for a three-year term, representing the diaspora's main areas of residence.

Strategic Committee

An advisory body composed of sector experts, the Strategic Committee informs the Board of Directors' decisions on major thematic directions: public policy, health, digital technology and innovation.

Audit Committee

The Audit Committee ensures the reliability of financial reporting, compliance with legal and regulatory obligations, and the effectiveness of internal control and risk management systems.
